Broiled Shrimp and Veggie Medley over Rice

1 lb large shrimp peeled
2 cloves garlic chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup green onion chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
2 tomatoes diced
1 lemon
Cooked rice

Drizzle shrimp with olive oil, season with salt/pepper. Place shrimp and veggies on a broil pan, Slice the lemon, squeeze over shrimp and veggies, broil on 1st rack about 7-10 minutes letting the shrimp sear a little. Serve with steamed rice.
