Southern Style Crab Cakes


1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Sour Cream

3 Tbs Chopped Fresh Parsley

3 Tbs Diced Onion

1 1/2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard (Grey Poupon)



  • Mix all ingredients and add to 1 lb crabmeat.  Mix in enough saltine crumbs to make cakes hold together. Dip in seafood breader and deep fry. 
  • Also excellent broiled! If broiled, top uncoated cakes with 1 tsp melted butter and broil until crispy.
